"Perfect holiday home. Spacious. Was great with our two kids. Close to Overloon Zoo and Militracks."

Perfect location. Close to everything we needed. Easy to find. Quiet all around and great for the kids to be able to play in the garden. Hosts were very friendly :)

It was clean and facilities were all good

It was not a 3 bedroom and caused arguments amongst our group. Had we known we wouldn’t have booked it.

"Perfect for our stop over whilst touring Netherlands by bike"

Perfect for our overnight stop on our cycling trip. Property provided everything we required including overnight bike storage. Peaceful location and only a short bike ride to local shop. Would highly recommend

"Great house for a relaxing time with friends or family."

The house was perfect for a stay with 5 friends! Comfortable beds and enough space to sit and relax. The terrace and the garden was the best. We enjoyed the sun while having a barbecue. It's located on the edge of a small town. Shops and restaurants are in the towns nearby, which you can easily reach by bike or car. If you want to cook by yourself, you find a very well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend KoksenCo for a relaxing stay!

There were just two little things: The toilet is quite small and next to the dining table, which might lead to uncomfortable situations. ;) And I would have expected to find some oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen as basic equipment. There was no oil and just a very little salt. But both of it didn't really bother our stay. We would definitly stay here again. :)

"Modern accommodation in rural Holland"

Lovely accommodation and fully equipped (kitchen, towels etc). Very accommodating, provided a baby cot and highchair. Great location for visiting Zooparc Overloon.

Power had been off so the electric heating didn't come on upstairs. This meant it was very cold the first night (baby monitor stopped measuring below 10°C). Host responded quickly and this was improved the following night. Heaters don't warm up the rooms very well, as mentioned in previous reviews, it got a bit chilly upstairs at night. Also, description says continental breakfast is available but that was never mentioned/provided.
