Trolltunga Living

The description is not really accurate, this is not a bespoke design. You would need a scythe to cut the grass to get to the outdoor area. There are 2 showers however only the upstairs is connected. That shower is over a bath with nowhere to hold the shower wand and no curtain. Hence a one handed shower and water all over the floor. A pity, because with a little attention to detail and some basic gardening maintenance, this place would be ok.

Nicely renovated apartment, spacious living room, high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, clean rooms. View of the fjord and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is only a few minutes drive from the starting point of the wonderful Trolltunga hike. I recommend it to anyone!

Very clean.

We booked 2 nights and only stayed for a night. Bathroom upstairs not for shower because we try to take a shower and water just flows out the tub. The shower is handheld. When I opened the window on the second floor bathroom, there was a lot of flies stuck on it. And lastly, it’s haunted. 2 of my friends felt a little strange on our first night.

Comfortable beds and good location- close to hiking. Very clean.

The backyard was overgrown on arrival and we were not able to access the yard for use. We informed the company and they did amend the issue.

When we arrived at the evening the house was very cold.

We had plenty of room for ourselves and two children. The ease of included parking nearby was a plus. Good laundry room in the basement. The location on the fjord was beautiful. We could see the glacier and a waterfall, plus a nearby museum.

Most usable shower was in the basement (but very clean), as well as the largest bedroom (we put the children upstairs), which didn't have the same view as the top floor bedrooms. There was minor renovation noise nearby, but it was not bad during quiet hours.
