"Great location and amenities (& very responsive host)"

The location was very central (as long as you have a car). There was capacity to park 2 cars on site (free), and you are only about 8 minutes from the centre of Queenstown. Other facilities, by car, only about 5 minutes away (ie large shopping centres, food places etc). The place was also at the end of this Lane, meaning only neighbours on one side and also meant some lovely views from the outdoor deck. With 3 master rooms, all with king beds and an ensuite, and then a 4th room with 2 single beds (no ensuite), it was perfect for us (there were 3 couples) as we all had our own facilities. The kitchen/dining/living room space was more than adequate to meet our needs. We were able to cook meals with all the utensils provided, and loved having a dishwasher as well. There is a proper coffee machine on site, but none of us gave it a try.

The only way down to the main area is a set of stairs from the garage. The remaining 3 bedrooms are down another set of stairs. It does make getting bags down a little harder, and definitely not suited to anyone with mobility issues.

It is so neat and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized. You will definitely end a car or uber. Just FYI. We enjoyed our stay very much.
