Nana Glads of Russell

Location was awesome. Just a few streets away from the village of Russell. The unit itself is quite well appointed with lots of things a traveller finds useful. Cold water in the fridge (thoughtful), clean towels and good shower, comfy if a bit soft bed. Good amount of kitchen facilities and utensils. Outdoor area to sit at which was good. Easy to access the property and parking with good communication until arrival. I sent a message after arrival that was never answered regarding the main sliding door where the seals and catch were difficult to use with ease.

The property is in need of some love and maintenance. When we went to use the bbq it was dirty and it didn't work very well (didn't heat up sufficiently) The external of the property looks like its in need of repair and paintwork which is ironic as 2 vehicles at the property had ads on the side of them for property maintenance.

Couldn’t lock the door. Would have been nice to meet the owner for a few minutes. Felt like they wanted no contact.

What a great place. Lots of character. Fab location. Instructions were very clear on how to get the keys and park etc. It had everything i needed. A lovely little kitchen and lounge area. The bedroom was very cosy and quiet. It had a lovely shower room. There was even an outside area for bbqs, relaxing and entertaining. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

Well equipped, great outside space, comfortable, good location near the town centre and waterfront

Slightly quirky layout due to it being constructed from two ‘portacabin’ type buildings set in an ‘L’ shape.

Perfect location to township

No instructions on how to use TV 3 remotes and very confusing

Nice place, clean and very central.

Bathroom vanity was a bit shabby, mats a little tired but all clean.
