Amazing family location for access to Akaroa and Banks Peninsula. Perfect home for a family getaway - my son was stoked with the foozeball table and pool table!

The house and grounds were spacious. Comfortable beds and living area. Great place for a family holiday.

Badminton, beanbags, good sheets

Spacious house, quiet location.

The experience of being charged twice for the stay happened here. My credit card was mistakenly charged 3 months before my stay, then after alerting them of the mistake, I was told that they were going to refund it. But, they never did, and then my credit card was charged again just before my actual stay. Thankfully, this was cleared up, initiated by my own efforts of deduction after my trip. Unnecessary long instructions were given about rubbish and composting and cleaning. Would have been great if the place was spotless, but discovering mouldy bread in the kitchen is not good.

Well appointed, fits a family very well

Property was very spacious and relatively clean. A short drive to Akaroa, conveniently located and serene environment.

The property requires better maintenance. The room had a noticeable musty odor, suggesting inadequate ventilation in the unoccupied periods. The air conditioning system needs attention, as the remote control was malfunctioning. The curtain rods in the living room appear unstable and require secure mounting. The extensive instructions for waste sorting and cleaning procedures could be simplified for better guest experience.

Large house, comfy beds, quality furniture, lovely garden, quiet location, walking distance to a great pub, & only a short drive in to Akaroa!

Couldn't find the plug for the sink!

The property was fantastic. Super spacious and we loved the volleyball net in the backyard!
