Gavan Family Apartments

It was perfect for our one night stay in Cromwell, easy to find and we enjoyed the back deck with its table. The laundry facilities were a bonus and it was nice to have the small bathroom near the entrance.

This wasn’t a real problem but the beds and mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable.

the apartment was spacious and plenty of outdoor space for my little one. they were considerate in providing a high chair for the baby before we even asked. Great location and very neat and cozy apartment.

the locks seems to jam for the doors. It was very hard to close the living room ranch and there were no locks on the outside for the downstairs washroom so my little one kept going in there to create havoc. The mirror in the hallway was a hazard for the little one as well. The linen and towels were quite old and need a change as all the lint and fuzz balls were falling everywhere and sticking to us after shower so not a great experience that way.

The property was tidy and there were plenty of linen to spare and everything worked perfectly. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were also very comfortable.

Location and space. Heaps of it.
