"Relaxing Place to Stay"

It was a fabulous house with a view of the lake. It was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry had everything we needed.

Fans in rooms would have been helpful. It was quite hot when we were there and as there is no air con in bedrooms. It would Alofi have been good to have beach towels available. We were travelling from overseas and did not bring beach towels and seeing as we were asked not to use normal towels at Lake it made it tricky.

Everything!! We were absolutely genuinely so happy about our choice of accommodation. The house was clean. It was spacious. It was quiet. Everything we needed for our staff retreat. We had packed pots, utensils, cutlery and paper plates because of past experiences we had with accommodations not providing everything we needed. But this was not the case with our stay at Mercy of Lake Taupo. Our neighbours were absolute joys too (added bonus for sure).

Convenient location, close to everything. Plenty of room for a big group and parking on-site. Clear instructions for self check in. Great communication from the host

Nothing but if a big group is booking for 2 nights, then extra toilet paper, tissues would be really helpful. Also air freshener in the toilets
