"Exceptional"

This place was great for 3 people. It was very close to the main town of Twizel and had lovely bathroom facilities and was very modern.

The pillows were very hard. The blinds let in a lot of light, woken very early. Some of the kitchen utensils were broken but we made do.

"Very well equiped!"

Central location to town and to the mountains! House was clean with a very well equipped kitchen - everything you need to make a meal (pots / pans/ oven / cutlery)! Great heating - bathroom had heat lights and under floor heating! Super easy check in & out! Very conveniently had a washer / dryer too! Cannot fault the place!

Air con unit was noisy but it warmed the unit quickly and could be turned off

Good location, clear communication and well organised. Property was modern, warm and good value.

Floors weren't cleaned from the last occupant and could have used a proper vacuum. Pretty light on consumables provided (toilet paper, small bottle of milk would have been nice)

"Loved the house and would love to stay there again."

The house is beautifully appointed, nice and warm with bedding fit for a princess. Easy parking and a no fuss experience with booking and key collection.

Very basic items like salt and pepper wasn't available. The dishes were not clean and had to be rinsed out again. The bedside lamps can't be adjusted for night time reading and are very dim but still beautiful.

Great location and a very spacious home. Easy to access and very responsive property managers.

Unfortunately, the property was not fully cleaned upon arrival. Kitchen was unswept and we found multiple black hairs in 2 out of 3 of the beds. The lack of cleanliness put a little bit of a damper on our stay but the property managers were very responsive and willing to come and change sheets etc. the following day. Property was also missing a few essentials like cooking oils, proper pots and pans etc., which was a shame when you have such a great kitchen at your disposal!
