No Breakfast provided but we were aware of this and it did not cause an issue. All else first class

Possiblly provide shampoo /Shower Gel. Nothing else I can think of.

The house is very comfortable with everything included, like washing machine.

The stove is very sensitive to touch. We didn't figure out how to use it for the first night.

Clean, quiet, warm nicely laid out. Appreciated Netflix, and enjoyed the outdoor area.

Three of us staying 4 nights, we felt the supply of dishwashing tablets and toilet paper was too little. A better quality of tea bag would be appreciated.

Nothing is good here

We have traveled in NZ for 20 days, this is the worse place ever. First of all, we only find out our booked house has been changed indiscreetly to another house( which we find out on the day and leave us no choice but check in). Also the house is not well prepared: the carpet is smudged; the front door won’t easy to open with the key(and we called the number they left, answer machine, no help at all, it take us almost 30mins to open the door); there is a fire place but no wood is provided(which on the photos they provide wood); the dishwasher is broken; the TV is just a joke which is totally useless. The worse part, we have booked 3 persons, and we arrived in 3. But we used separate rooms in day 2 for better sleeping (the bed is so not comfortable compared to other locations we stayed) . However, they insist to charge me for 4 persons, because they believe we arrived 4.
