The house was lovely and clean. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous.

The staircase was not very safe and as I had my elderly parents staying, they really struggled with no railing, and the stairs move a lot. Also, in the ad for this property, it does not say anything about the apartment next door and that the backyard is shared with other people, other than that the place was lovely.

In general, our stay was quite comfortable. Place was, neat, clean, tidy and host Luigi was very helpful.

1. The microwave was on a shelf above the full size refrigerator, making it difficult to access safely. We were advised not to move it. 2. Bookings.com stated " 2 bathrooms". However one is just a "toilet only" downstairs The other combined shower/toilet (proper "bathroom" ) was upstairs, attached to 2 bedrooms. Thus, the occupants of 3rd bedroom had no direct access to the shower/toilet (had to pass through either of the other 2 bedrooms). Should be made clear in website.

Travelling with a family and family pet is hard and Luigi made it so much easier to where we all felt relaxed and comfortable in the house. It had a relaxed vibe. Loved the big out door deck and the 2 living spaces - one for kids one for adults

The bathroom is a bit quirky as it is accessed through 2 bedrooms rather than a hall but it worked.

Great to have a whole home open for stays. Luigi welcomed us and gave us recommendations for local things to see and do. A fantastic garden and quiet spot.

The layout is a bit bizarre, particularly having the bathroom accessible through 2 bedrooms (ie 2 doors of entry). Please put locks on the bathroom, especially in these set ups! And the third bedroom doesn’t have a proper door to it.
