Barbwire Bach

The grandchildren liked playing in the gym and the smart tv

The front door was difficult to lock and unlock we didn't want to leave the bach unattended. The outdoor furniture was well past it's best and the outdoor patio space was not inviting. The handbasin was stained by some sort of chemical although it still functioned . We wondered if this was a public space as it was attached to the gym. Cobwebs hung from most corners. The whole place could have done with a clean. As we had trouble with the door we deemed it unsafe to stay the night. I did contact the manager and he offered to come and show us how to secure the door but we declined and went home.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and affordable. I like how it’s by a nice lake. Not as comfortable, but we only stayed for one night so it was bearable. It has all the essentials. Good communication from owner.

However, there were lots of spider webs in the house, as well as bugs. It could be cleaner. A weird green stain on the bathroom sink. I don’t think the door locks properly.

The view of the lake was beautiful. It was close to town and central to all the places we wanted to see. Comfy and cozy. Nice and quiet

The back deck was very unsafe. We couldn't lock the place cause the front door lock didn't work. The heater remote didn't work. The address on the booking was wrong.

Great place with everything you need. Very comfy bed and couch

It was nice and casual, tidy little bach with all the necessary things. Nice place to chill. Good for a family stay.

Good location and lake view.

A key to the front entrance door would have been useful. A new handbasin in the toilet would be more attractive.
