Location, shower pressure, comfortable beds, linen, outside space, games & books

Lack of natural light in the living & kitchen area from early afternoon onwards, very much so after 5pm even at the height of summer. Uncomfortable lounge furniture, lack of laundry basket (we were a family of four staying for a week and needed to do washing, no multi-surface cleaner to clean kitchen, gas hob or bathroom vanity surfaces (again we were staying for a week and it would have been good to clean surfaces properly). It was a good location but we didn’t enjoy staying there as much as we did in the Groundswell properly in Roberts Rd last year ( the green house)

The property is clean and tidy, modern fittings and felt homely. The beds and bedding were luxurious and we all said some of the comfiest beds we have stayed in. Great location, only a stroll into town. Great big section and a lovely outdoor area. Thank you!

Location was perfect. The quality styling of the property and quality bedding was greatly appreciated. Gorgeous kitchen with quality utensils and perishables. Out door area was so private and useable.

Indoor outdoor flow was a little limited. But however appreciate that the building is older. We reseached and think it was the Plunket rooms, how cool is that!

The only thing I missed was indoor / outdoor flow - more important in summer. there were outdoor chairs provided and space to enjoy outside if you chose to.

Was very nice touch to have the local coffee to try for plunger coffee. Having the heat pump made it very comfortable. The lounge furniture was comfortable and tidy. Easy access from the road and close to all cafes and shops. Despite being on the main road it was fairly quiet. The windy weather was noisier. Would recommend.

One toilet located in the bathroom with full occupancy might create some crossing of legs.

House very cozy

It was really easy to find, access and in a good spot to wander into the centre of Raglan.

The house was an unusual layout which made it hard to access the garden from the house easily. It rained the throughout our stay so didn’t really affect us but if the weather has been nice we would have spent more time in the garden and found access to be a hassle.
