我们4人住了六个晚上，景色很漂亮不容置疑。我们自驾游，有车住坡顶很不错。上坡体力上就没有问题了。家里应有尽有可以做饭吃。但是我们除了自制早餐没有在家吃过正餐，没有用过炉子，锅子。😀因为家离镇中心很近，可吃的餐厅很多。这个地理位置太适合我们了。

Spacious comfortable and the views are great

It is up a very steep hill( hence the amazing views) but makes walking back to the property a bit of a challenge. Not somewhere to stay without a car. Some minor plumbing issues in the bathroom but owner very responsive to getting fixed

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Great set up, beautiful views. Everything you need to cook. Great clothes washing and drying options. Lovely and warm and beds and pillows were super comfy and a very kind welcome gesture.

The property was a little tricky to find at first as “GoldRush #1” and the number 8 don’t face the street, but once we settled in it was a comfortable stay. The house is well set up, though a couple more blankets and a slightly bigger kitchen bin would be handy. A baby gate and the master bedroom TV were sorted on day 2 (the TV subscription had lapsed) – this was quickly fixed and much appreciated, especially as my toddler and I weren’t feeling the best and needed separate spaces to rest. The views are really lovely, the two parking bays are a big bonus, and the washing machine and separate dryer were excellent. The complimentary wine was a thoughtful touch, and the gentleman who came to help with the baby gate and TV was wonderful – a big thank you to him! Overall, a good stay with some lovely extras that made us feel welcome.

No tennis courts as advertises on booking.com This house has stairs to get to the lower 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facilities. House signage should be facing the road.

Clean and tidy, fantastic view

The location was beautiful, and the house itself had potential for a great family stay. Queenstown was stunning.

The host Kristen was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. After checkout, I was harassed with phone calls and messages accusing me of causing damage and sent me photos from a completely different property, which she later admitted to. Despite that, she still demanded payment for “extra cleaning” because my toddler had a urine accident, something any family-friendly rental should be prepared for. We left the home clean and tidy. The cleaner even arrived while we were still there and saw us loading the dishwasher, clearing the fridge, and tidying and didn’t raise any concerns with us. The biggest issue? The host expects guests to do the cleaner’s job. You’re expected to leave the house spotless, yet still risk being charged if anything isn’t perfect. It honestly felt like we were cleaning for free, and still got accused for damages from a different property that we never stayed in. Instead of being understanding or professional, the host reacted emotionally and projected past guest issues onto us. The entire experience was stressful and left a bad impression. Warning to future guests: • Make sure to take photos before checking out, even if you clean, you may get blamed for someone else’s mess, possibly from another property. • The host lives overseas and manages remotely, so isn’t able to properly investigate issues and is not resolution-focused. • Cleaners don’t want to do any actual cleaning — the host expects guests to do it all. • Not suitable for families with young children.
