Very tidy, everything was excellent

The fans in the bathrooms didn’t work and the shower in the main bathroom was leaking apart from that everything was excellent

"Nine out of Ten"

The view was definately second to none. So much heating and enjoyed the frosty cold which is a different kind of cold to what Auckland has. In all honestly, this apartment has got to be the best apartment we have ever stayed at and will definately be back again

Ensuite shower wasnt working, water was dribbling from the shower head, either poor pressure or blocked. Would also be nice to be able to watch live sport there however this option wasn't available... Car park was also being used by neighbours or there friends which was annoying... Other than that great apartment 9/10

Amazing views, clean and very comfortable. Linen and towels were really nice.

Water pressure. Not a big deal but shower pressure was not great in the upstairs shower.

1. very warm - thank you for having heating on and underfloor heating on. 2. enough milk for a cup of tea and thank you for bottle of wine in fridge. 3. plenty of towels 4. ample parking 5. great view 6. comfortable beds 7. tidy decor

1. No where to hang stuff in ensuite or hang wet towels after shower (didn’t want to be washing and drying each day) 2. No expel air fan to take away steam. Had to open up all windows in bedroom and bathroom letting heat escape to get rid of the steam and condensation. 3. shower pressure in ensuite is really bad - dribbles out like a hose. 4. no JIF in kitchen to clean the sink - stainless steel dull and unscrubbed (needs a good polish) 5. one dishcloth and no hand towel for the kitchen. not enough tea towels for 3 day stay. 6. one bath mat and one hand towel for 3 days wasn’t great. 7. We had expected small bottles of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom- nice to have the hand soap and body wash.
