Matarangi is a lovely area. Easy walk to beach and "the" shop. House nice & clean, and kitchen seemed to have most everything needed. Building still feels new with comfy furnishings. Wifi went well.

No A/C means it matters there are no flyscreens and you cannot secure the building with open windows Limited privacy - almost every window faces a neighbouring property. Minor nit - Expansion and contraction of the all-wood building can sound like a gunshot!
