The facilities & location.

A mesmerisingly beautful apartment, that was just right for our large group of 7. Unbelievably exquisite views from the balcony, of nearby mountains and blue waters. The washing machine and dryer was very good. It is a split level unit, with the large living with kitchen and 1 room, on the top floor, whereas 2 other rooms and the laundy room were on the bottom floor.

The hot water kept ceasing after a while and it took about 2 hours to come back, each time this happened. The management indicated that there was a capacity limit of the hot water tank and our group was apparently using too much that the tank could not refill fast enough. We informed the management that we had experienced such capacity issue before and had given similar feedback that, guests should be informed upfront on the capacity limit and how long it would take for the hot water to return. The rubbish bags were not to be found when we arrived but management promptly replenished the bags. Wardrobe light was not working in the top floor room. We did not want to have someone enter to fix it and hence did not complain. It would be good if such small details are checked and found to be in working order, before guests arrive. The above comments do not detract from the excellence of the place and are intended as constructive future improvement.

The view is amazing! Spacious place. All 7 of us fit perfectly.

The view of the lake & mountains was wonderful. The 2 bathrooms was want we wanted for 2 couples.

Love the view, public transport real close and easy, high chair and Cot available for our baby, was quite comfortable we all could've stayed longer

The hill walk up was hard work for some 😄
