"Snow and no heating"

Location close to family

No heating and despite many calls the problem was NOT remedied. I have registered a complaint with Bachcare

Great location for skiing, spacious accommodation, comfy beds, nice bathrooms

It would have been good to have had some clearer instructions on some of the house functions. We couldn't get the TV to work (there were no instructions) and despite ringing Bachcare and being told someone would ring back or call in to fix it, this didn't happen. There were no instructions on rubbish and no bin in the kitchen. We used a paper bag on the bench then worked out each house had a wheelie bin near the complex entrance. There were also no instructions on how to alter the thermostat (just how to turn it on and off). I had to Google how to adjust it as time was set wrong so it was hot at night and cold during the day.
