Location was fantastic for a toddler and a dog in love with the carrot park. The house was very well equipped for families.

For the first 2 nights, we had cold showers until we figured out how to switch the valves on the gas bottles. Expected this may have been done before we arrived. The house was for sale at the time we stayed, so we had a lot of interested parties looking through the windows while we were there, which made us feel pretty uncomfortable at times.

The house wasn't clean at all, it had a very strong odor of pets/dog especially in the master bedroom, the bedsheet in the master bedroom also had stain. The bunk room was missing a curtain/blind so kids woke very early, the pillows were as thin as sheets and in the other bedroom you can see cob webs on the ceiling. The kitchen bench was also very oily. Overall, very uncomfortable 2 nights unfortunately.

Everything! The place was spotless, immaculate, so warm, great facilities, great location.

The location is just a walking distance to the amnities. Enough space for car parking. Large kitchen for long stay rest.
