Camellia with WiFi - Paihia Unit

Good location, pleasant environs, clean and spacious. Easy to relax in.

The name of the place is Camellia with Wifi and we chose it because we wanted reliable wifi. But: 1) There were two wifi passwords in the information, and both were wrong. 2) The wifi cut out frequently and was so unreliable, we had to use hotspot several times instead. I understand broadband isn't great in the location, but the name of this place is misleading. Unacceptably so. The door handle to the laundry was broken, which resulted in some of our belongings being locked inside. It looked like it had been broken for some time. The property manager sent someone to "fix" it, but while they managed to get the door open, they did not fix the handle. It's still broken. The TV seems to be broken. We could not get any channels at all. This place is nowhere near the standard expected for the price.

Comfortable bed.

There was no WiFi, door was virtually unlockable and upstairs shower flooded through to the kitchen. Fire alarm randomly goes off. Very difficult to get support from Bachcare , generally automated responses.You can hear every move and sound from upstairs. Have refused to give us refund and wehad to abort our stay.

To hard to turn in drive, very musty need to be opened up, or deodorizer,
