Silver Fern - Lake Tekapo

Would have been nice to have some umbrellas for shade on the deck and maybe a lounger or 2.

Superb location with excellent view. House itself was great and well equiped for a holiday home with everything you'd need.

The rooms get quite hot in the morning in Summer. The main bedroom's shower head was not working properly and sprayed water in all directions.

Great views of Lake Tekapo. Very quiet location and only a couple of minutes drive into the town

Only 1 aircon unit for the entire house made some rooms unusable as they were extremely hot

The views were incredible, the house was well laid out, and suited our needs perfectly.

Some relaxing seating on the deck to sunbathe on would have been a great bonus, aside from that we loved the house, the facilities and views.

bbq not very efficient. no audio system in the kitchen/dining area.

Outstanding view of the lake, southern alps and surrounding mountains. An easy walk to town. Greta property and roomy.

The shower in main bathroom was blocked and overflowed the shower onto the floor when used. The window in end smaller bedroom had hand prints all over it. The cabinetry in kitchen was dirty and handprints all over cupboards. Aluminium joinery around doors also dirty. No tea towels or dishcloths for doing dishes. Overall cleanliness of the property was very poor.
