"This property was ideal for a group of work colleagues attending a conference at the University which was within walking"

This property was spotless and the location ideal for access to the University of Canterbury. The beds were really comfortable.

The downstairs was a bit chilly at night, the heat pump was not very effective.

The location was excellent to the Airport 5 mins and a 15 min drive to central Christchurch. The house was very clean. If renting in summer some out door seating would be nice. We were a group of 5 ladies and we really enjoyed our stay.

Empty body wash and shampoo containers in showers. A bit annoying as I didn't take any into the shower.

"Good size for a family or group"

It was clean, easy access and plenty of space for our family.

The beds were not comfortable, there are no drawers to unpack bags into upstairs nor any wardrobe downstairs to hang clothes, no outdoor furniture despite having a BBQ and patio area that would suit having something out there and some hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.
