Perfect location so close to the lake and river

It would be good to be able to access before 3pm and have to vacate a little later than the required 10am, a kayak to use would be good!

great location. pretty amazing view..that deff was what u are paying for. very comfy bed. nice big hot shower. good efficient heating.

paid alot of money for 3 nights and felt house could have had a bit nicer furniture in lounge and the grounds needed a tidyup ready for summer. did enjoy sitting out on the deck watching the lake. it certainly felt like a lakeside batch which was exactly the main thing we wanted from our stay. house was nice...dont get me wrong..just i did expect a bit flasher for that money
