The location of this property is superb, very close to the beach. It is a well maintained, roomy traditional "Bach" style holiday home. The house has two decks. The property is clean and the beds are comfortable. There are extra-good quality fold out beds and mattresses and plenty of bedding. The shower is modern, heaps of hot water and great water pressure. Eli, the host is very responsive and helpful. T

Awesome location, clean and tidy property.

Disappointed by the fact that there wasn’t 2 bathrooms, only a toilet, shower room and a bath/sink room. Had to ring host to arrange lighter for fire and no hairdryer.

Location is very good. Very near to Mont Maungnui, both eastside and westside beach.

Furnitures are too old, not so cozy like the pictures on booking.

The location was perfect... house was a good size. Warm as it was a very cold stay...

Nothing we DISLIKED.. But it did say 2 bathrooms, but that wasn't the case. There was one toilet, one shower room, and then a bathroom... A small mirror in the bathroom and in the shower room was just the shower... This wasn't a huge deal, but I think it needs to be noted... The wardrobes were locked shut, so we're unable to hang clothes .. it was a nice stay and for the price was fine...

The Location & Outdoor space

We were not given code for the key which was in a lock box. It cost an extra $300 (not a misprint) IF we were to add an extra child for 1 night. We were arriving in the afternoon and didn’t get into the property until after 6pm - communication on the day of arrival was not good and had to contact Bookme admin to sort this for us. The aircon remote was missing. It’s suitable for a couple families BUT there’s only 1 toilet (no lock) and bathroom. I would advise getting all the comms clear prior to booking and it was strange it was the first time any owner wanted to be there to meet our group but then didn’t answer our calls/texts and then called me and hung up and then when I returned the call she didn’t pick up. She did not call back until after I had made contact with Bookme. After waiting at accom for over 2hours instead of checking out at 10am she offered 11am 🤷🏻‍♀️ it was some form of compensation.
