Good location, private setting behind the owner’s home.

WiFi kept dropping, can use a good scrub, not 1 comfy chair to sit in, no place to set my suitcase - I improvised, no real counter space in the bathroom, on street parking

It was so easy being able to get there at my own time

Clean, private, and cozy accommodation.

Great place to stay. Beautiful entry way. Bed was amazing, felt like heated blankets on us. Shower was better than home. Remotes were tucked away in the wardrobe draw if anyone is looking and the curtains are definitely block out, just wind them up the opposite way. Highly recommend. Had everything you need, even a litre of milk. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

wifi and tv didn’t work I had an online meeting scheduled and had to miss it. Arrived late and instructions were unclear key box was not on a fence. No milk for coffee provided , heater poor was freezing on entry was overpriced and despite booking dot com showing my final price at 85 I was charged an extra $60 cleaning fee when card was charged but not shown on pricing. This is a sneaky trick to charge extra unlike how normal accommodations charge. Do not recommend at all owner didn’t care.

No handrail at outside steps. No off street parking as it said on website. Could have been better outside lighting for pathways

Nice and cosy. Comfy bed. Well appointed kitchen.

The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. There is no AC as advertised. There is just a fan heater. This does work well to heat. Although it is Dunedin so unlikely you’d need AC anyway. Note: there is no ‘off street’ parking. The ‘plenty of off street parking’ is in fact on street parking which can be scarce.
