Lovely spacious warm home, comfy beds and perfect for a large family.

Pillows too large/bulky. Washing machine leaked but attended too quickly by host management.

The house was beautifully decorated, and it was a lovely home, with a great view.

I was disappointed following our recent stay for 8 nights. While we were looking forward to a relaxing and comfortable family holiday, there were several issues that negatively impacted our experience. Firstly, the oven and trays were extremely dirty. When I turned the oven on, black smoke poured out upon opening the door, which was concerning and unacceptable. Additionally, the kitchen lacked even the most basic supplies such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper. I don't accept a few sachets in a box as appropriate for a week's stay. There were also very limited rubbish bags for this length of stay. When travelling from a distance—particularly with a family—it is frustrating to have to purchase all of these essentials, especially for a longer stay. Upon arrival, we also found that one of the bunk beds had not been made, despite our booking clearly indicating that three children and three adults would be staying. Moreover, no towels were provided in the bunk room. For a property charging a premium nightly rate, I would expect these basic preparations and amenities to be standard. Another inconvenience was the lack of kindling wood, which made it quite difficult to get the fire going. Overall, it felt as though the property had not been serviced to a high standard prior to our arrival. These issues were disappointing and not in line with the expectations set by your listing.

Located near to the town. Just a short drive away from town. Very nice atmosphere and scenic views. Host are helpful to come and assist us when our 4WD could not drive in to the driveway due to the snow. We were allowed to park our SUV on the road. Very nice, comfortable place. We loved the place so much.

Comfortable beds, large enough for 3 couples and a child. Actually nicer than we expected- lovely garden.

Wonderful location with a nice view of the lake and an enclosed yard that allowed us to setup our own travel telescope! The rooms were well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen too.

An electrical outlet on the deck would have been appreciated, but the lack wasn’t a bad thing.

The single bunk bed was very uncomfortabe for an adult - mattress much too thin. Also not able to open the windows in the evening for ventilation.
