NZBeautiful Gardens, comfortable beds, great quiet location. This would be a great stay for the wedding party or wedding couple. Maybe an engagement, you could do a lovely romantic picnic in the beautiful grounds
Probably not suitable for us personally as we had a 1 year old walker who decided he loved the stairs, so I spent most of my time on the stairs or trying to pull him away from the stairs. The lounge is located upstairs which made it difficult for us. This is no fault of the house just personal preference. It did feel like it wasn’t very clean, like a rush clean had been done. The fridge needs a deep clean and the dishwasher needs a clean run through it as it smells.

NZLakeside was charming. The property was good, but what made it spectacular was the peace of the countryside gardens. It was astounding to have the spacious lakeside grounds to ourselves. We loved it.
It would be good to have a light above the mirror in the master bedroom for putting on makeup.
