Airport, motorway, shopping handy

Short notice pick up as I was bringing our adult kids down for a funeral. Comm's from the host were easy & on point. House was clean & exceeded our expectations in every area. House was roomy. Heating, which was required as it was bloody freezing in ChCh, was easy & in all rooms. Pool table & table tennis table were a bonus for a bit of fun with the kids in the evening. All in all one of the best presented houses I've had the pleasure of staying in through this site and certainly value for money. Would definitely recommend & would look to stay here again if wanting accom in this part of ChCh.

The only odd thing was, and I can only assume I here, was I think the bush/hedge in the driveway smelled like cat pee. Very strong odor and I was bemused as to what it could be other than the bush?

Comfortable and warm

Low beds and a variation of sheets . But not an issue really. No vacuum to clean up pastries .Garage very cold in winter for the table tennis . Normally that a bonus

The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location. It was lovely to stay in a house that had flannelette sheets, this was a first for a holiday house... so thank you!

We stayed for four nights and little things were a bit annoying, like there was only three dishwasher tablets, for a house that sleeps eight.... and there was not enough toilet rolls.

Perfect Location.

Loads of space, in a quiet neighbourhood and close to someone we were visiting. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers.

Air-conditioner has a panel loose that rattles really badly, so very noisy. The rubbish bin was full so there was nowhere to put our rubbish. We were staying for four days and we were given two dishwashing tablets and only one bin line are for a small waist paper basket size rubbish bin.
