"Pleasant stay, comfortable beds, really enjoyed walking to the Shepherds Arms Hotel and going to the Botanical gardens."

Location was handy to botanical gardens. Good wifi, showers and comfortable beds. Magnificent views, light and airy in the kitchen/dining area.

It was cold in the downstairs bedrooms. It was the only accommodation we stayed at in NZ over 3 weeks, that didn’t provide some milk for a cup of tea. Loads of kitchen appliances, including a fondue set(?) but no nonstick frypan. Loads of rules everywhere we looked….too much written information of which some was outdated.
