Family Fun - 4BR home with swimming pool and spa

Quiet and homely. Everything we needed was provided and was close to everything. About a 10 minute drive to NP shopping centre but also had its own little shopping centre 2 minutes down the road.

No complaints I can think of. Just a little disappointed the hot tub jets turned off at night with no option to turn on. Though I do understand it’s a way to save money but nice that it at least stayed hot so could still take a soak.

Lovely big space and the pool and spa were so awesome! Well set up home Was amazing to arrive with lights and heating on, what a welcome. Great facilities and linen etc all set up well

Pool was cold , pool heater wasn’t working on arrival , electrician came next day and fixed the issue but it was take 24 hours for the pool water to get heated, so not really get to go in the pool at all .

It was very well maintained house, we spent easter weekend first time in New Plymouth and the experience of the property was amazing. We spent most of our time inside the spa and swimming because the weather was not so good.

Everything was so good.

Was great having the heated pool and spa. Plenty of room for our family.

Liked the property, and enjoyed our stay. Would like to suggest some thoughts about our stay, not complaining at all but if you would like to present this great property to its best these are what we noticed. Just need more towels for pool use ,with having the pools, we found that we had to wash and dry towels twice daily to ensure we had dry towels. No information about the region : activities, eating out etc. for those that don’t know anything about the area. No recommendations of what was on offer locally. Could be presented better eg: lawns maybe should have been mowed, gardens appeared that they needed to be tidied , paving sweeping of dirt and leaves .

Beautiful property with lovely pool & spa. Nice sized kitchen for cooking & a lovely outlook over the garden & pool. Lovely fresh herbs, strawberries & limes in the garden. Beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach.

Lots of lightbulbs needed replacing in bedrooms, dining areas & outside . Could not get pool lights to work at all.

Nice and easy communication. Had everything we needed. Was used to sleep in really, as we went through for a funeral but, we did spend one full day at the house and it was really great. I loved the fact that it had a vacuum and cleaning products. Really close by to the shops, so the first night, I was able to grab some food and have a full breakfast the next day. Strong strong water pressure. My youngest didn't like the strength in the shower, but boy did everyone else! I didn't realise there was an ensuite when I booked, but I loved the fact that there were 2 toilets. The folder with tips and tricks was appreciated. It answered a few questions that I didn't realise I would have.

I did want to turn the spa pool off because it wasn't being used and I hate to waste power. I understand the reasons why but was paranoid about it somehow losing water so I topped it up with water and made sure it didn't go beneath the black line.
