Everything was perfect to experience the culture & lifestyle of this fabulous island country. We had everything we needed for our family & felt right at home. Walking distance to so many things & easy drives to others. Also, never felt so safe. Ending our NZ vacation here was the cherry on top!!

Location was really good and house was big enough.

Frying pans and pots were very bad and not usable , and there was no vacuum cleaner, which made it difficult for us to keep the place cleaned during our stay. TV in one of the rooms was not working either.

The facilities were amazing and the hosts were really warm and welcoming. The house is in such an amazing spot because of its functionality and views.

Location! Spacious, warm, room's lovely. Doesn't look like much from the street but inside it's beautiful. We were very lucky to stay here. Thank you so much for having us 😁

I think it would be too much to say I didn't like anything.... The shower looked amazing but pressure was a bit slow. Not really the end of the world

The beds were very uncomfortable, the beds were broken upon our arrival and we had to sleep on the floor, we paid a lot of money for this property but sleeping on the floor is unacceptable, the heaters in the room did not work so we had to stay in the cold, we had to go in our car for heat, the house experienced a lot of power outage, the main switchboard is faulty, the water pressure of the house is extremely low, so it’s hard to have any showers, etc The owners didn’t care about the issues we faced , they are greedy and asking us for extra money after we left, The owners are absolute liars in this house should not even be on booking.com, as this is unlivable in. Would not recommend anyone to book this property in future,

"Queenstown Centre House is truly a short walk from most parts of Queenstown NZ. Nice place."

The location was Excellent! Near groceries and restaurants and where our tour bus left from. No breakfast available there, just what we fixed.

Would have been better if I'd understood more about the layout of Queenstown, and that the first place I'd reserved would be so totally unable to accomodate us.
