We liked Twizel, the house was convenient and had what we needed.

Good space out the back garden for family Loved having recliners to sit in Comfortable beds

Needs to be updated for cooking items for self catering.

Quiet, spacious, well-equipped, in town,

The bed was probably not for a fussy sleeper, as the bedding was not felt to be so evenly flat. It was a battle to work through the maze of the TV menu, trying to find a local news channel; gave up in the end.

Good location, good-sized house, good yard.

Water is dangerously hot out the tap, and the house could do with a good clean.

So sorry for the owners. The carpet is awful and needs to be replaced. The bathrooms were weird. The toilet was in a room by itself leaving the sink and shower in another room. It was weird to have to go into another room to wash my hands. And when st the sink there were separate faucets for the hot and cold water - haven’t seen old plumbing like that in years. Overall this place was old and tired. I can not recommend it.
