Nice location clean room and bedroom stuff but very negative experience during check-in. Very horrible experience

This is the second tine staying at this property, I love this house, it's like a home away from home. I love the locations as it's central and within minutes to Riccarton, Papanui or the Palms Mall. I like the level of safety - it's gated, has a garage for the rental car and a front door camera.

There isn't anything I don't like I will most likely rebook again next year.

The property was in a great location and was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The upstairs bedroom got terribly hot. We had to open the windows and have the fan going to cool it down for sleeping. A split system needs to be installed upstairs. Also the freezer attached to the fridge did not work. The fridge would beep intermittently as a result so we had to turn it off and back on.

location was great. Centre of town was a short walking distance. Unit was tidy and well maintained.

Great property in the heart of Christchurch. Easy walk to downtown entertainment district (or the hop on/hop off trolley if you prefer). Nice bedding. Garage parking. Reasonably quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host.

The basement room and adjoining bath was pretty cold. A space heater was provided, but it was still pretty cold in July.

The Location to the city, and university were fantastic and the cleanliness, and little touch of the biscuits was much appreciated.

For families the price is on the high side.
