Welcomed by the host into the quirky accommodation which is exceptionally close to the path to the beach and boardwalk. Hadn't quite appreciated how close to the beach the accommodation was. We did get a daily visit from the hosts dog looking for his daily treats, not a problem as very placid and friendly. Really wanted to use the bath, but it's situated in the garden and wasn't brave enough to try.

Fantastische plek! Vrij zicht op de zee en het strand, aan de walkway waarmee je heerlijk langs de kust kunt wandelen, heel sfeervol ingericht, ruim, heerlijke douche, lekker bed en je wandelt zo naar een zwemstrand voor een plons in de zee. Daarbij is new plymouth echt een gezellige stad, met mooie wandelingen.!

"Such a ‘Wow’ property in beautiful New Plymouth."

Wow!!! What an amazing property. Loved everything about the property, the decor is Devine and the location is amazing. We were right on the beach and able to walk to great restaurants and have a swim at the beautiful beach.

"Peaceful and Relaxing"

This property is stunning. Wonderful outlook directly onto the ocean. Beautiful construction and tasteful artistic decorations. Comfortable bed and everything we needed was there. Even the bespoke outdoor stone bath was lovely. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The cottage is steps away from great beaches East End and short walk to Fitzroy. Walking distance into town as well.

"Charming light filled cottage with absolute beachfront location"

The cottage is beautifully designed and furnished with stunning ocean views from the garden, the lounge/kitchen and bedroom. We loved the soaring church like ceiling, the artwork, the recycled timber floors and lead light windows and all the pieces of Kiwiana. Such a welcoming, comfortable cottage. The shower was great and the bed super comfy. It was well equipped and provisioned for self catering. Nice to have both an oven and a BBQ. The Coastal Walkway and the beach are just a few steps from the cottage but the lovely garden and native plantings ensure privacy and peace. Cassie and Shaun, it was a privilege to stay in your slice of Kiwi heaven. We will see you again next year.
