"When you are competing with hotels for the same price, guests expect cleanliness. Beautiful spot."

Cleanliness: the bathroom floor was sticky, the shower had hairs from others on the walls, the headboard and side table were dusty, the towel rail was very dusty.

Magnificent location beautiful ocean views and a great place to stay. We loved sitting outside having coffee in the morning, using kitchen for meals and exploring the area. The home is more beautiful than the photos, everything we were hoping for, wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts really helpful and we visited places they recommended. Absolutely fantastic

The location to New Plymouth city downtown great. Could walk there in 15 mins. Loved the old record player and 70s LPs to play. Bought back many fond memories. Coastal walkway at your door.
