good location and good beds

couches were very uncomfortable , bbq gas bottle ran out as we cooked Saturday night tea .

Spacious, comfortable and modern. Ideal for a family or large group. Comfy beds and nice shower.

On development with construction going on around it. No outdoor space except for a small verandah which was always in the shade. We chose this house because it was "pet friendly" but it isn't really suitable with no enclosed garden and constant noise and activity outside.

Nice tidy warm house, good quiet location. Kitchen is great with all of the basics to make a meal if you wanted. Fire place with precut kindling etc. was an awesome touch and well needed with the weather we had. Good shower facilities. Property is Walking distance to township. If beds were better, rating would be a 10.

Beds are uncomfortable to the point where we stayed a night less than we had intended/ paid for as our backs were so sore. Something bigger than a double would be nice, or even a mattress topper may help make it a bit more comfy.

pipes to one of the toilets froze overnight temperatures was -4. called Alex who had it looked at within the hour which was great despite there being no remedy. The other toilet worked well
