Jo presents her property so beautifully. The fresh flowers and greenery throughout the house were lovely. The location was perfect and close enough to the Hauraki Rail Trail. The basket of welcome nibbles were a real treat and very tasty.

"A lovely cottage in a peaceful and beautiful location"

It is a very nice cottage tucked away from the street with beautiful rural views (e.g., cows and paddocks). It feels very rural, yet it is right in Waihi beach. We particularly enjoyed that it was very quiet and peaceful. Nice bath, available both indoors and outdoors. Lots of utensils, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need, including bathrobes etc.. Very pleasant to stay at this property.

We would suggest more subtle (less bright) night time lights. We tried different lights but they are all quite bright when relaxing and meditating in the evening.
