City Centre Escape

The dining area fits only 3 people - no way 5 people can eat in comfortably. The "garden" is full of weeds, not a nice place to relax in, needs some extra care

Great layout and very spacious. Had everything we needed. Very central and close to shops and beach. The host was very helpful.

The lounges were very uncomfortable to sit on and the dryer was very noisy.

Host was friendly and easy to talk to napier is just a walk away so in a perfect location felt like a home away from home🙂

Great location close to the town Bedrooms and beds were a good size and comfortable Great to have two bathrooms with six people Showers had good pressure Two heat pumps were good Extra blankets in cupboard There was a washing machine - we didn’t need it though TV in lounge had Nexflix which we found handy Could park two cars outside Host allowed us to check in early which was awesome

Towels were small and not fuffy Duvets were thin, it was abit cold at night and had to have an extra blanket on the bed. No dinning table or large outdoor table for us to all sit around to eat No board games or cards at the house - would come in handy for groups of friends or families Was a little $$ for what it was

Our stay was nothing short of beautiful. From the moment we arrived, my babies felt safe and settled — a reflection of the care and comfort this place offers. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating, striking that perfect balance between hospitality and respecting our space. Having our own sanctuary while visiting whānau made the experience even more special. It wasn’t just a place to sleep — it was a place to breathe, connect, and feel at ease. We’re deeply grateful to have this space as an option for future visits

The value for money was amazing and the host was very good at communicating.

The builders next door were very loud and parked on our driveway. They started making noise from 7am with their tools, car doors and music. Meant there was no chance of a sleep in. The house itself could’ve benefited from a quick vacuum
