Quiet home with modern touch

House was lovely and warm. Nice and quiet, and close to the person that we were visiting. The kitchen was very well appointed and I understand that the bathroom was about to be renovated so it will be even better for the next people.

Lovely little home that was very suitable for our family. Plenty of heating and comfy beds. Would stay again.

The shower pressure wasn't great but the host did warn us of this prior, as the bathroom had just been renovated and the water hadnt been set correctly just yet. But the water was still hot and it wasn't enough to take the shine off an otherwise lovely stay.

Lovely spacious accommodation with all you need. welcoming host. Large well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge area and very comfortable bed. Washing and drying machine- what you are thinking about when travelling! Thanks a lot. highly recommend

the place was really nice, clean, comfortable, quiet. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Nice and tidy and near to the town too … this is our 2nd time and it really peaceful too… at the same time the 2nd bedroom is newly renovated which made it even more appealing and beautiful … we have decided if we are coming to Dunedin again it is to this home only

Nothing I can think of however I reckon there would be another set of renovations the owner might do and we are looking forward to see it again
