Quiet home with modern touch

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this welcoming holiday home, tucked in a quiet street with both on-site and street parking. The heating was excellent, and having two toilets was a real plus. The private rear balcony was a lovely spot to relax, and the facilities were well-appointed. We especially appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which made travel easier, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to Chingford Park. We'd gladly stay again.

This house was lovely & so super comfortable be in (it felt like being at home).

Check-in was easy and smooth. The surroundings were very quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The docking station with dual monitors was a great bonus—perfect for catching up on some work.

The water pressure in the bathroom was noticeably low, and some waste from a previous guest had not been removed, which detracted from the overall experience.

We had a terrible experience. The property we booked was not cleaned at all, and the owner told us there was no available room for us. Instead, they expected us to sleep in a bed that had already been used by others. This is completely unacceptable. The service attitude was extremely poor, and the whole experience was awful. I strongly request a full refund. I don’t recommend this Terrible property to stay

That's a lovely spacious house, very warm and clean. Really good place to stay during your visit in Dunedin. Pellet fire makes it so cozy. Dog friendly. Thank you!
