Elevated Outlook - Close to Town - Lake Views

דירה מקסימה, בעצם בית פרטי, כחדשה, שקטה עם נוף מרהיב לאגם. מאובזרת מלא, מתאימה ל עד 5 מבוגרים או משפחה עם עד 3 ילדים. 5-10 דקות מהעיר מצד אחד ולשדה התעופה ומרכז קניות בצד שני, מאד מומלץ

נהננו בעקר לשבת בחצר הקדמית הפונה לנוף מדהים של האגם וההרים. היה ממש תענוג

The property was quirky and felt like a home nestled in a ski town. It had a great wood fire which was easy to start and had plenty of fire wood on supply. The kitchen was stocked with a few staples and enough kitchen equipment to get us through with a few home cooked meals. There was washing powder for the laundry plus soap and shampoo in the showers which were also a nice addition. Both bathrooms were both spacious and warm with great pressure in the showers. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a great touch. The lounge room had amazing views to the lake and mountains. There were 2 big lounges and a big table and lots of space to relax. We stayed for 10 nights and it was spacious and comfy for 3 teenagers and two parents with lots of wifi and space to have an amazing stay in Queenstown. It was central to both Frankton and Queenstown and both Remarkables and Coronet Peak. It was super quiet and we felt comfortable and safe. The company who run the home were also quick to respond to emails.

The hedge out the back blocked lots of the natural view- meaning it was difficult to see the lake from the deck without standing up high. Would have loved a fire pit or bbq to enjoy the ambiance of the outside space- which really could have had amazing views. The Children’s beds in bottom room were broken, either bad mattresses or broken frames. These need fixing asap. Also the drive-way down to the house is quite steep for anyone who has mobility concerns. It was ok with our family, but could be a concern with elderly persons. Other than that we had an amazing 10 days, and it really was a home away from home.
