Our Raglan Town House

Great location very close to cafe, restaurants,shops while also very quiet

Absolutely ideal for our needs. Close (but not too close!) to a useful 4-Square supermarket and only a cock's stride from the town center, shops, restaurants. Facilities exceptional. Hard to imagine anything we needed but couldn't find. Helpful information provided. The Grandkids (living less than 20 km away but "out in the sticks" were able to come and see us, or we could visit them (only snag, old eyes unhappy to drive at night!) We'd been to Raglan lots of times in last 15 years, but great place as a base to visit other places in Waikato.

Sad to leave. Recycling a bit confusing but easy to resolve with street corner bottle / can banks. Broken gutter outside back door needs fixing. But that's enough nit-picking!

The property was a detached unit which was great. The location was perfect being just a few strides away from the centre of Raglan. Plenty of space in the unit with a great little extension for the entrance and seating area.

Sadly the Air Conditioning was NOT working on our arrival and this was a prime factor in my search criteria, especially as we were going through a hot spell. Reported this to the owners, they attended but were unable to resolve the issue, didn’t see or hear from them again so had to use the rusty fan they supplied to try and cool the place down.
