The view was amazing. Loved the fluffy pillows! Very clean.

Having all the facilities we needed. As we were three girls, we had each a bedroom, and 2 bathrooms /toilets. Away from the busy Taupo. Stunning/Awesome Lake view, private, quiet. Close to Taupo, 7 min drive.

One of the bedrooms did not have a bedside lamp , and bedside table. Guess if children sleep in there they do not need it, but we did. The large one with the on suite, did not have a wardrobe to hang up my lovely evening dresses, had to hang it over the stand up mirror. And the bedside table with all the switches plugs was so far away, at night I had to get up to turn off the light. I could have moved the whole bed, but then the picture above wouldn't have been in the middle of this awesome large bed. 9 Pm : be quiet, as neighbors so close by, But we could hear a lady talking on her phone, maybe neighbors need to be told to be quiet, but wasn't after 9 PM .............<:).................

Wonderful view. Nice lay out for family.

The place could use painting inside and the worn curtains should be replaced. I've stayed before and did not hear neighborhood dogs barking. This time I did. Cobwebs need to go.

We liked all of the facilities. The view was amazing. The house, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and gardens outdoors were great. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable.

Some of the facilities were not very clean. And obviously hadn't been cleaned properly for a while by the layer of dust and mould in some areas. Found a pair of someone's knickers in one of the bedrooms too. ☹️
