"Badly managed. No hot water for four days."

The actual house itself was great. Fantastic living area, sunny deck, comfy bedrooms. The location was great too.

We did not have hot water the entire stay. I contacted Bachcare customer support multiple times over the long weekend, but nothing was properly arranged to have this fixed. We also did not have a key to entire the property when we arrived, but luckily the next door neighbour let us in after we were wandering around for 30 minutes looking for where the key was kept. We later were informed the cleaner forgot to leave us the key. The heatpump did not work the entire stay as well, which we also informed customer support that was not fixed during our stay. I am yet to hear from BachCare to rectify the situation.
