"Wonderful Stay in a semi-rural secure location"

We had ana amazing stay with the family. We enjoyed the use of the salt water pool and our child loved going into the paddock to look for eggs. The house had good air-conditioning, a nice little kitchen and large beds. We found the keys in the door on arrival, and Tim Tams, soft drinks and fresh eggs in the fridge. It was lovely. Location is handy to Richmond. It is right next to the Great Taste Trail for biking or running into Richmond (but the trail goes all the way around to Mapua, Wakefield etc), and right across the street from the property is a little field/park with a small playground and some exercising equipment.

The only negatives were a couple of large cockroaches and some ants that got in from the outside, because the windows and door were left open on our arrival. But the bug spray was available under the sink. The couch is also quite worn our and is uncomfortable, but we enjoyed the reclining function. Otherwise, we had a great time.

"Great location would stay again"

Good that we can have dogs with us inside and out of the accommodation.

Everything was great. Just didnt 100% trust the latch on the gates with having a big dog and other guests dogs off lead coming upto our gate

I liked that it was fully fenced. Quiet and the house had everything you could need even treats in the fridge!

That the units can see into each other. More privacy would be good.

This place is lovely, very clean and tidy, fresh eggs from the chooks and treats in the fridge. Great supply of fresh towels, extra pillows and blankets, laundry with washing machine and dryer to use. Easy parking right outside our stand-alone unit. Well heated and great layout. This has been the best accommodation in Nelson we have stayed at highly recommended.
