Nice view of the lake and mountains.

All the bedrooms are on the ground floor but 1 bathroom was on the ground floor and the other bathroom was on the 2nd floor so the layout is not the best in terms of functionality. The kitchen amenities could be cleaner. The baking pans were greasy and not clean from previous guests use. The hot water maker was completely black at the bottom due to misuse and should be replaced. It is not usable. We did not see instructions for the dishwasher. We tried to use the dishwasher but the dishes did not get cleaned.

I loved the fact all the rooms had panel heaters and a rail with coat hangers to hang up any damp ski gear or raincoats. I also loved all the board games up in the lounge

The floor upstairs is quite creaky so you can hear everything downstairs.

Great location. Lovely lake views. Rooms clean and tidy.

Some minor maintenance issues reported. TV could do with upgrading.

Comfortable for my family of 5. Loved the heaters in the bathrooms. The family area on the upper floor is cosy and u can watch the sunrise from the deck. The location is great and its about a 15 min walk to the village square where all the shops and the Church of the Good Sheperd are located.

Check out time at 10am was a bit early. 11 would have been more comfortable.

We loved the quiet location of the property, although it was only a short walk to the lake and restaurants. The layout was great with the living area on the first floor making the most of the wonderful view towards the lake. The balcony was a lot bigger than we thought and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. The accommodation was very well equipped with everything we needed. Also, brilliant parking, very easy and off road.

When we arrived in the early evening the accommodation was very hot as it had been a very sunny day. We opened windows etc, but it did take quite a while for it to cool down. However, the next day we made sure to open windows etc at breakfast time, and close blinds and curtains when we went out for the day which made it much better when we returned later on. It may be an idea for the property to close curtains and blinds after cleaning to try to prevent the property getting too hot, just an idea.

When we arrived, we realized that the house we had reserved was too far away since the larger bag had been damaged and had a faulty wheel. It would be a burden to go to this farther house with that bag. After we explained, Fabian, the attendant, immediately looked for another place near the town center where we could stay. He found a studio that was perfectly near every resource - stores, places to eat, a bus stop, etc. - we would need. We are thankful for this demonstration of kindness and professionalism. Besides, this studio was comfortable, had ample space, an amazing shower and a splendid view.

Well, I cannot complain since their solution was so good. However, I would advise them to have better/lower/normal chairs since the tall chairs that the studio had were not appropriate for the normal table therein. It would also be nice to have a dishwashing sponge and outlets for charging cell phones in the room.
