Everything was great. Very comfortable beds, good location, cozy vibe.

Arrived to find the lock box open and door open to the apartment. Easily fixed with a call to reception and sorted within 5 minutes. Excellent service.

There was a complication with the key collection - we hired the room for a worker who arrived and then had to mess about retrieving the keys...

They let goodies for us - juice, milk, snacks. very thoughtful WIll def come back here

kitchen is very good and we have everything we need.

The webside price was very misleading. At the end we paid $250 for a night accommodation but we paid the extra $200 for cleaning fees which was listed in the confirmation email at the very bottom part with small words. I lived in a lot of airbnb and similar accommodations and never paid such a high cleaning fee - almost same amount of the advertising price! If you search Booking.com for this hotel they only display the price but Not cleaning fees until the confirmation email sent. Also, we found there were a lot of small back flies in the upstares ceiling and we had to spay something to kill them before we went to beds.

Great location just out of busy Wanaka, with handy restaurant, patisserie, bottle store and grocery. Nice view of mountains upstairs. Good for 2 people.

Self catering but facilities just like home. Bought provisions and cooked our own meal at home.

We couldn’t get normal news channels on the TV. Needed instructions.
