The space,the location, the beds and the drive on access, and the layout.

Felt the furniture could be rearranged to take advantage of the view and the TV put on another wall that didn’t back on to a bedroom. I also left a list of improvements and repairs that are required with the property manager. Felt there should have been a normal latch on the toilet door.

Spacious, perfect for family to stay. Close to the lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The view from the house overlooking Lake Tekapo is absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and it’s fantastic that they even provide a rice cooker! The kitchen features a stove burner, which is a great touch. Each of the four rooms has a very comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. The spacious living room is perfect for large families, offering plenty of room to relax and gather together.

Neat & clean spacious house. Fire place was an added advantage to the cold weather.

Just one minor thing. The range hood is not very powerful enough to suck the cooking fumes out . When we first checked in there was lot of food odour. We had to open all door & windows & put a room spray. When we’re cooking, we noticed the range hood was not good enough. So if anyone is cooking in this house, need to open the doors & windows.

What an amazing house! Loved our stay. Great to have 4 bedrooms.
