Close to beach, shopping amenities.

Noticed a leak in bathroom on Saturday night..but was able to contact Bachcare & got thru with no problems.

"Great place to stay if you have dogs"

We could take our dogs , near good walking track for dogs. Fully fenced, great sensor lights , location was good, clean and tidy , lots of blankets

We visited in Winter, no covering for the very big stacker door so a lot of heat disappeared. The air con didn't work properly The dinning room chairs kept slipping on the floor when you sat down The gardens and outside area needed a good tidy up - especially at the front of the house The rubbish bins outside were not empty from previous renters

"We had a family celebration in Papamoa that weekend so it was ideal."

The location was great. Even though we were at the end of the street, we faced towards the walkways, but with the fence, it still felt private.

The lawns hadn't been mown, but that was understandable, considering the weather around that time.
