The Barnhouse quickly became one of our favorite stays. Its country outlook, with the sheep, cooks, and doggo's, made us feel comfortable and cozy. Had everything that you need. Close enough to tow that it wasn't a mission to pop in the car and get dinner. Loved it

It didn't have an oven, but it wasn't life or death. The hotplates, microwave, and toaster got a great workout😊

Great location to come back to after a day of exploring the region. Great value for our family of 4 and Bella ( the dog) handled the customer relations like a pro!

I liked that it was out of town, yet still close to Kerikeri and Waipapa. Even though it was right next door to the airport, it was still very quiet. The host were very helpful and kept to themselves.

There were no good mirrors, and the small windows upstairs had no curtains, making it difficult to sleep in due to the morning light. The interior needed a bit of a spruce-up but was still tidy. The kitchen and bathroom were looking pretty worn.

Location was superb. Lots of space for kids and warm.
