"Superb"

Space, good supply of kitchen crockery, heaters in bedrooms, hot water supply, comfy beds.

The downstairs bathroom floods if the shower door is not in exactly the right position. A sign to that effect would be useful. The bedrooms smelt musty when we arrived but this cleared once the bedroom windows were open for a couple of hours and the heaters were on for a while.
